Texas Supreme Court Lifts Judge Adams' Suspension

The Supreme Court of Texas has lifted the suspension of Aransas County Court at Law Judge William Adams.

Judge Adams had been suspended following the release of an Internet video of him punishing his then 16 year old daughter, Hillary Adams. The video gained world wide attention and was watched millions of times on Youtube.com.

Following an outcry from the public, Judge Adams was placed on suspension during an investigation. Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Texas agreed to lift the suspension. This ruling now clears the way for Judge Adams to return to the bench immediately.
