Looks like that former high school football coach charged with sexually assulting a teenage boy back in 2005, will not be tried a second time. The coach, Kenneth Schaake, was also athletic director at Flour Bluff High School. His frist trial ended with a hung jury. Today, Saundra Eastwood, the prosecutor in the case, requested that the case be dropped, telling District Judge Bobby Galvan that the alleged victim did not want to go forward with the three year old case. Schaake, no longer works for the Flour Bluff schoold district, and in fact, has since moved out of state.
