Wen it comes to fireworks out in the county, totally different rules. There are no restrictions. That's because the county relies on a state wide barometer that measures the amount of humidity on a certain day when considering implementation of restrictions on aerial fireworks.

This year, Nueces County's humidity apparently wasn't low enough to warrant a ban.
