   Guilty as charged, and it took jurors in the 148Th District court about 4 hours to decide Humberto Garcia's fate.

   Guilty on one count of murder, aggravated assault and two counts of engaging in organized crime. This the end result of 3 day trial stemming from last year's July gangland style shooting that killed 21 year old Danny Villarreal and wounded 3 children.
