EL PASO, Texas (AP) - A 30-year-old father whose 4-year-old son was killed last year during a driving-while-intoxicated rollover crash in West Texas has been convicted of the boy's murder.

A jury took about 90 minutes yesterday to convict Manuel Nunez of one count of murder in the February 2007 death of Manuel "Little Manny" Nunez. Prosecutors say the elder Nunez had a blood-alcohol level that was three times the legal limit.

The punishment phase of the trial is scheduled for today. Nunez faces between five and 99 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
