DALLAS (AP) - Fire officials say a woman was killed and five
other people were hospitalized -- apparently after they were
poisoned by carbon monoxide gas at a southeast Dallas home.
Fire-Rescue officials say high levels of the C-O gas were found
in the blood of all six. No identities have been released, but
fire-Rescue officials estimated the dead woman was in her 30s.
Admitted to Dallas hospitals were two men, one of them age 25;
an 18-year-old woman; a 16-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl.
There was no age available for one of the stricken men.
All were members of the same family.

Natural Gas

Should the city of Corpus Christi privatize its natural gas system or keep it under city ownership?

  • Yes. Sell it and let private business run it.
  • No. Keep it as a city department.
  • I don't know.
