West Oso Boys, Girls Sweep 5A Foes

The boys opened their season with a short-handed 73-47 win over Carroll while the girls hammered Moody 75-37.

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII SPORTS) - The West Oso boys tipped off their season Tuesday with a short-handed win over Carroll while the girls knocked off a 5A team themselves in the Moody Trojans.

The Bears' boys had just six player suit up with the rest playing in the football playoffs for the first time in a decade this Friday. That didn't stop Richard Jackson's team as West Oso rolled the Tigers 73-47.

The girls easily handled Moody earlier in the night 75-37.
