The Texas A&M-CC men's basketball team held practice for the first time in nearly two weeks on Thursday. Home from a grueling holiday road trip that included losses at SMU, Florida State, and Houston, the Islanders are eager to improve on their 6-9 record beginning with a Southland Conference opener against Central Arkansas on Saturday night.
