Immelman Leads Masters

Immelman falls back, then surges back on top

AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) - Trevor Immelman remains the leader through
three rounds of the Masters.
Immelman briefly lost his lead before closing with three birdies
on his final six holes. He birdied 18 for a 3-under-par 69 that
leaves him 11-under for the tournament, two shots ahead of Brant
Snedeker.
Snedeker briefly held the lead before Immelman made his late
charge. Snedeker began the round in second before shooting a 70.
Steve Flesch is three shots back and one ahead of Paul Casey.
Tiger Woods finds himself in fifth place at 5-under following a
4-under-par 68.
Phil Mickelson has fallen out of contention following a 75 that
leaves him nine shots off the pace.
