You can see Dan McReynolds, and his sportscast, every weekday on Three News at Six and Ten with Joe Gazin and Bill Vessey. When Dan is not covering South Texas sports, he likes to read, write, workout, travel, swim and hang out at the beach.
Born in Visalia, California, just 4 days apart from news anchor Joe Gazin who was also born in southern California; Dan moved to Corpus Christi as a kid and grew up here. Dan graduated from King High School, then attended Texas A&M University in College Station and worked as a radio announcer for WTAW Radio. Dan returned home to Corpus Christi in 1985, as a sportscaster for KIIITV3, also pursuing his masters degree in English at Corpus Christi State University, now known as Texas A&M Corpus Christi, where Dan earned his degree and is currently an instructor.
