Arlington, TX (KiiiSports)- The Refugio Bobcats nearly met their match on Friday afternoon. The #1 Ranked Bobcats raced to a double-digit lead before holding off Cisco 36-35 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington to win the 2011 Class 2A Division State Championship.
The title was the first for Refugio since 1982, capping a season in which they shattered the state's high school scoring record while being ranked #1 in Class 2A from start to finish.
