
The Texas Department of Public Safety along with the Orange County Sheriff's Office are trying to locate a driver involved in a one car accident.
Trooper Stephanie Davis tells 12 Newsnow.com, the DPS office received a call around 8 a.m. Saturday about a Ford pickup truck that ran off the road on Old Highway 90 near Rose City.
Troopers were not able to find the driver. The Orange County Sheriff's Office was called in to coordinate an air rescue fly-over and ground search.
Authorities are not officially calling this a missing person's case. They have not been able to confirm the driver's identity or if that person was injured in the wreck.
People at the scene claiming to be family members would not confirm any information with 12 News.
