Shooting Suspects Arrested and Charged with Deadly Conduct

FROM THE CORPUS CHRISTI POLICE DEPARTMENT -

Two men were arrested Wednesday for warrants for arrest they had for shooting at a house last Sunday at 3:40 a.m.

Corpus Christi Police arrested 19-year-old Israel Mendoza and 20-year-old John Flores for discharging a firearm at a residence located at 2529 Tarlton Street. No injuries were reported in relation to the deadly conduct on Tarlton St. Corpus Christi Police obtained the warrants for the arrest of the two men, then apprehended them at their place of residence.

Each is charged with Deadly Conduct, a 3rd degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
