Fans For Friends 2012: Part IV

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Over a five-year period more than 260 Texas residents died from heat related illness.  That is according to a study by the Department of State Health Services.

Seniors and the poor are typically most impacted by heat related problems.  Fans for Friends Fan Drive asks Coastal Bend residents to donate fans to help keep people cool.  Valentin Garcia joined First Edition with more.
