Occurred on 6/21/12, 1:49 am Hindering Apprehension   5521 Kenith Circle

Police investigating a destruction call in the area were told the suspects were in a red truck at 5521 Kenith Circle.  Frank Rowland and his companion "Marie Delgado"  were sitting inside the truck when contacted. "Delgado" was escorted to her home at 5526 Kenith Circle, but was still unable to provide Officers with any identification.  Officers were able to check the registration on a vehicle parked at the residence which showed Sonya Cisneros to be the registered owner.  Cisneros was also found to be wanted.

Rowland wasn't very confident when he told Officers "Marie's" identity, but finally came clean and told them her real name. Rowland knew Sonya Marie Cisneros, 34, was wanted and lied about her true identity. Officers confirmed Sonya Marie Cisneros aka Marie Delgado was wanted.

Frank F. Rowland, 51, and Sonya Marie Cisneros were both arrested and booked at the City Detention Center.  Rowland was charged with Hindering Apprehension, while Cisneros was charged with two outstanding Nueces County warrants for Larceny and Assault along with Failure to Identify as a Fugitive.
