PORTLAND (Kiii News) Portland police are investigating the murder of one person and the aggravated assault of another. 3 News has confirmed that two girls between the ages of 18 and 20 were found shot in Violet Andrews Park in Portland. A couple taking pictures in the park discovered the girls in a grassy area below a scenic overlook just before 9 this morning. One has died. The other was taken to the hospital.
