Around 4:00PM Saturday afternoon, two cars collided along the I37 access road near Brownlee.
Police say one of the vehicles ran a stop sign, and T-boned a red car carrying six people. All six were transported to the hospital. No word on their condition. The driver of the gray car wasn't transported.
A group of people who happened to be at a swimming pool across the street saw the whole thing happen. They called 911 but didn't wait for medics to arrive. The good Samaritans jumped in, pulled the children from the car.
The driver of the red car didn't have a drivers license or proof of insurance. He'll also get a ticket for not having one of the kids in a car seat. The driver of the other car will be cited for running the stop sign.
