A Corpus Christi attorney is in hot water Monday, after being accused of drug possession.
48-year old Thomas McBath was arrested just after midnight Monday, when police pulled over his black Lexus in the 700 block of Omaha, after it was observed to be swerving from side to side.
Police said McBath's passenger was a known drug dealer. The two men had conflicting stories about what they were doing together. During a search, officers said McBath was holding two small baggies containing crack cocaine. McBath now faces drug charges. His passenger was released.
