Served Warrant Ends in Foot Chase

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Police got more than they bargained for as they served a warrant at a home in the 4200 block of Cambridge. The suspect they were looking for took off on foot, so officers called in US Marshals to help in the search.

Officers found the suspect, 28-year old Julian Silvas, a couple of blocks away. He is now charged with evading arrest in addition to two outstanding warrants.
