Police Release Sketch of Suspect in Portland Shooting

PORTLAND (Kiii News) -

Just 24 hours after releasing a composite sketch of a man thought to be responsible for the recent murder of a 19-year old girl, Portland police said that tips continue to flood into their station.

The sketch was developed with the help of an eyewitness to the attack. The suspect is an Anglo male in his 20s. He is described as 5-feet 8-inches tall, 140 pounds with a thin build and brown hair.

Police believe this man is responsible for the shooting death of 19-year old Mollie Judith Olgin and the aggravated assault of her girlfriend, 18-year old Mary Kristene Chapa.
 
The shooting happening nearly two weeks ago in a Portland city park. Chapa, who was also shot in the attack, continues to improve.
