The Corpus Christi Police Department is asking your assistance in identifying a Hispanic female responsible for the theft of a cell phone at a local Wal-Mart. Surveillance video shows the victim place her phone on the counter and proceeds to pay. After she places her merchandise in the shopping cart she fails to retrieve her phone.
A woman accompanied by a man and their little girl are seen checking out afterwards. The female sees the phone and quickly picks it up hiding it in her purse. She exits the store with the man and little girl. The woman is described as a Hispanic female, 30 to 40 years of age, 5'6″ to 5'8″ feet tall, and weighing 250 lbs. The man is described as a Hispanic male about 40 years of age, 5'9″ to 6′ feet tall, and weighing 250 to 280 lbs. The three are seen exiting the store and leaving in a late-model Ford F-150 extended cab.
