CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

The Corpus Christi Police Department was called to the 4400 block of Ayers for a bank robbery at Texas Champion Bank at 1:47 Wednesday.

They are now looking for a white male, about 40-years old, wearing a blue Corpus Christi Hooks cap, a dark blue shirt and faded blue jean shorts. He was described as having a day or two-old beard.

According to Officer Kirk Stowers of the CCPD, the suspect entered the bank and presented a teller with a note demanding cash. After receiving an unknown amount of cash, the suspect left on foot, and was last seen heading east on Gollihar.
