PAPD looking for shotgun robber

Customers of a Port Arthur store are uninjured after a man armed with a shotgun robbed the business around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers are looking for the lone robber who held up the West Side Grocery located at 1200 W. 7th Street.

Witnesses told investigators the armed man came into the store and forced the clerk to the ground. The robber took a bag of cash and ran away.

Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call the Port Arthur Police Department.
