Family members of 1 of 5 people hit by an SUV in Port Arthur say their loved one remains in the hospital with a collapsed lung.
Witnesses say the driver plowed the large vehicle into a crowd. Officers say it may have been done intentionally.
Port Arthur Police are looking for the person who drove their SUV into a group of people outside the "Swagga's" club before driving away.
Police say it happened just before 4 a.m. Sunday as the club on Procter Street was closing.
Officers say witnesses told them the collision may have been done on purpose in response to an altercation that had happened earlier in the evening.
No arrests have been made.
Police say witnesses gave them information on who did it.
