Beloved TAMUCC Professor Passed Away

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

Dr. Caroline Sherritt, a professor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi's College of Education, passed away last Friday. She was in Florida undergoing treatment for cancer.

Sherritt taught at TAMUCC from 2003-present, and helped launch the University's first doctoral program in educational leadership.

Her colleagues said she was well regarded by all who knew and worked with her, and her cheer, good humor and professionalism will most definitely be missed.
