AREA 3 (Kiii News) - In the last few days, South Texas Border Patrol agents have saved the lives of four people, and found the remains of three others.
The bodies of three unidentified immigrants were found on ranch lands near Falfurrias. In one case, the cause of death is being blamed on the heat; in the other two cases, the cause of death is undetermined.
Border Patrol agents rescued an undocumented man from Mexico on Sunday, who was lost just west of Roma, and another Mexican national who became separated from a larger group. Also, near Hidalgo, agents rescued a man and woman from El Salvador who were being attacked by bees.
All four illegal immigrants were processed and will be returned to their countries.
