The body of a second missing fisherman was recovered from Lake Charles by authorities Sunday.
According to a press release from the U.S. Coast Guard, two fishermen were reported missing Friday evening after they failed to return home.
The body of the first man was recovered Saturday morning about a quarter of a mile south of Isle of Capri Casino. The second man's body was found Sunday morning at about 7 a.m. about 200 yards from the men's boat that was found overturned.
KPLC in Lake Charles identified the man as 27-year-old Christopher Rollins.
Authorities with the US Coast Guard, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office and the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries all assisted in the search.
