Teen Arrested for Graffiti in Southside - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

A 17-year old boy who was out past curfew received some serious graffiti charges Tuesday.

Around 4 a.m., Daniel Bingham was picked up by police after they say he tagged up some fences, a pole and a ditch near Cimarron. Police said Bingham also had spray paint on his hands.

Some other spots along Brockhampton were also tagged with similar graffiti, and police said the teen is to blame for that too.

Bingham has been arrested and charged with possession of a graffiti implement, littering and four counts of graffiti.
