Police Arrest Jewelry Store Burglar in Sinton - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

Sinton police said an anonymous tip helped put a suspected burglar behind bars.

Investigators said 20-year old Audelao Rios was seen on surveillance video breaking into the Rogers Fine Jewelers just after 2 a.m. Wednesday in downtown Sinton.

Once inside, Rios reportedly took some cash and over $1,000 of jewelry, but a tip to police and some good detective work lead police to the motel Rios was staying at.

Rios was arrested and charged with burglary. He now sits in the San Patricio County Jail.
