Grandfather Arrested for DWI With Grandson in the Vehicle - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

A 61-year old man is facing enhanced DWI charges after being pulled over while his grandson was in the vehicle.

Police said Golburn England was speeding and swerving down Interstate 37 in Annaville Thursday night. During the traffic stop, police said England appeared intoxicated and drooled as he spoke to officers.

England's 11-year old grandson was also in the vehicle. He wasn't injured, and was turned over to his grandmother.

England faces charges of driving while intoxicated with a child, which is a felony offense.
