Conditions are back to normal at Port Arthur's Valero refinery after a fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Barbara Phillips tells 12 News HD the fire broke out in a hydrocracking unit. Phillips says the fire was out within several minutes, giving the refinery an "all-clear".
A witness tells 12 News HD some employees were evacuated for a short time but that has not been confirmed.
No injuries were reported and the cause has not been reported. Phillips says the fire never posed a threat to the community.
