Victims of Fatal Hwy 72 Accident Identified - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

AREA 3 (Kiii News) - Names have been released of the two men killed during a collision between three big rigs along Highway 72 between Tilden and Three Rivers Monday.

Ramiro Gonzalez Cavazos, 44, and Robert Wayne Neighbors, 61, both died as a result of the accident. 34-year old Claud Everett Leach was also critically injured.

Investigators said that on Monday before noon, one of the drivers carrying gravel drifted into oncoming traffic, side-swiping one 18-wheeler. The impact forced the rig to flip.

The gravel truck then crashed head-on into a third big rig.
