It's a children's classic that came to life onstage Thursday at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
The theatre department at the Island University held a dress rehearsal Thursday morning for their production of Charlotte's Web. Students have been working for over a month on the production, which has actors playing the famous farm animals from the classic novel.
"They're going to see a fantastic fun show," said Kelly Russell, director of theatre at TAMUCC.
There is a performance at 7 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday. The production is taking place at the Performing Arts Center on the TAMUCC campus.
