Man Drives Car into Bay - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

A man drove his car into the bay Saturday afternoon near the Highway 181 access road...under the Nueces Bay Causeway.

3 News spoke with the driver who says he was going around a curve, and not paying attention, when his car landed in the water. Police came by to check it out, but the man had to figure out how to pull his car out on his own. He was not issued a ticket, and wasn't injured.
