Two Sent to Hospital After Car Accident

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

A child was sent to the hospital after a two-car accident on Thursday.

Police said the driver of a gold sport utility vehicle was attempting to pull into a parking lot near the corner of Hudson and Shay at around 8 a.m., when he pulled right into the path of a white truck.

A child in the SUV was taken to the hospital, along with a passenger in the truck. The driver of the SUV will be ticketed for causing the crash.
