CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -

In late July, Sgt. Altan Guzeldere responded to a call from a Flour Bluff resident who said someone broke into their car and stole their wallet.

After tracking the credit card activity, he was able to build a description of the suspect.

For his actions leading up to an arrest, Sgt. Guzeldere became the officer of the month for July.
