Houston Man Dies in Accident North of Refugio

REFUGIO (Kiii News) -

A man from Houston was killed in a vehicular accident just north of Refugio at around 5:40 a.m. Friday.

Department of Public Safety Troopers said that 26-year old Justice Cedric Devon was behind the wheel of a tractor trailer when he lost control, crashed and rolled his truck. It happened on U.S. 77 North, just south of Highway 239.

Investigators said Devon was not wearing his seat belt and died on the scene.
