Woman Allegedly Attacks Common-Law Husband with Knife - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

A woman faces aggravated assault charges after trying to attack her family with knife on the 1900 block of Fisk Court, off of Port Ave., according to police.

It was just after 3 a.m. Monday, when 42-year old Amanda Deleon allegedly attacked her common-law husband with a knife, and then charged at his son with the same blade. She now faces several charges, including aggravated assault.

It was the woman's 11-year old daughter who called 911 for help.

No one was injured, but both the son and husband said they feared Deleon was going to kill them.
