Kingsville( Kiii Sports)- The Texas A&M-Kingsville football team will open its season Saturday night against Central Washington.

The game will be the first on the new artificial surface at Javelina Stadium. But this new beginning comes with some baggage. The 17 returning starters are eager to redeem themselves after a disappointing 6-5 record last season.
