Port Arthur police have arrested Brandon Tran, 18, in connection with the weekend murder of a Port Arthur club owner.
Tran was arrested at the Driftwood Inn on Memorial Boulevard around 4:45 p.m.
Police say Tran and Darren Oliver Jr, 18, fatally shot Hieu Huyen, 62, as he and his wife were closing Nikki's Lounge early Saturday morning.
Nikki's Lounge is located in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
Oliver was arrested Saturday.
Both men face capital murder charges.
