Not showing up to class can have long-term effects, not only for the student, but it has economic and social consequences too.

Robstown High School Principal Richard Waterhouse talked with John Thomas about a community walk to end truancy.

The walk is called Operation: Stay in School, and it will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at Robstown High School.
