People Assisting Animal Control is a non-profit organization in the Coastal Bend, working to reduce the number of stray animals on our streets.

Cheryl Martinez with PAAC explained a pet adoption event that will take place from 1-3 p.m., Sept. 15, at Animal Control, located on 2626 Holly Road.
