First Responders Honor Fire Fighters who Died on 9-11 - KiiiTV3.com South Texas, Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -  As we approach the anniversary of 9-11, first responders from across the coastal bend are paying tribute to their fallen brothers.  At the Omni Bayfront Hotel, firefighters climbed 110 stories to honor the 343 New York City fire fighters who lost their lives in the terrorist attack.  Organizers of the event say that day is still in their heart and forever burned in their memories.  Everyone who participated wore badges with the names and pictures of firefighters who were killed in the line of duty.
