The anniversary of Sept. 11 is just around the corner, and local organizations are doing anything they can to honor those unforgotten heroes.
The American Firefighters Motorcycle Club was out raising money to support the fallen heroes on Sunday. They held a 9-11 Memorial Ride to raise money for the national Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project.
Over 25 bike clubs and car clubs went to support the great event.
"9-11 was a very significant event in everyone's life," said Javier Morales, President of the American Firefighters Motorcycle Club. "We are just here to remember that day, and to raise money for those two organizations. I appreciate everyone that comes out."
