Isles Volleyball Finally Heading Home For First Time in 2012

Posted: Updated:

CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii Sports) - The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi volleyball team must be a fan of the Mad Max series because they've been the "road warriors" so far in 2012.

The Islanders will play their first home match of the season Thursday after starting out the first three weeks of the season on the road to the tune of a 7-4 record. Tony Graystone's bunch will hope to use the confidence gained from that road swing to help knock off the Southland Conference preseason favorite, Central Arkansas.

The Islanders' match against the Sugar Bears is set for 7 o'clock at the Dugan Wellness Center and will be a "Wash Out" night, meaning all fans are supposed to wear blue.
