One of the two suspects in Monday's high-speed pursuit, which began in Corpus Christi and ended in Robstown, has a long criminal history.
Bobby Joe Regaldo, 35, has been arrested 35 times in the past, including the latest charges of aggravated assault, assault of a public servant and evading arrest. He was on probation for burglary, theft and prescription fraud.
Regaldo has been to prison four different times on four felony convictions, dating back to 1997. This latest charge started when Regaldo and his accomplice allegedly stole a computer from the Conn's electronics store on Monday.
