Police make arrest in robbery of 16-year-old

Investigators say they have arrested a man previously identified as a person of interest in the Friday Friday-night carjacking of a 16-year-old girl.

Kevin Scott Holmes, 25, of Orange, has been taken into custody in connection with the aggravated robbery that happened in the 3800 Block of Pheasant Street.
