Border Patrol Veteran Turns Self In on Indecency Allegations

DUVAL COUNTY (Kiii News) -

A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Border Patrol turned himself in to Duval County authorities on Thursday.

An arrest warrant had been issued for 49-year old Jose Jalomos. He is accused of inappropriate contact with a 14-year old girl who happens to be a relative.

The alleged incidents occurred within the past six months at a ranch in Duval County and at an undisclosed location in Jim Wells County. Jalomos is facing two counts of indecency with a child.
