CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) -
Police were called to a Holiday Inn after reports of a woman trying to steal a truck. Officers said when they arrived they saw 28-year old Virginia Caceres firing shots in the air.
Authorities said she also burglarized the hotel room belonging to the men that first called police. The men reported two weapons two weapons missing, along with a company truck and a briefcase containing money. The truck has been located since.
The driver was 25-year old Stephanie Fawn Medicine Top. Police said she was already wanted for previous charges.
Both women have been arrested and face multiple charges. The victims' other missing items were found in a vacant hotel room and have been returned.
