A shark fisherman at Bob Hall Pier hooked something he definitely didn't want to see on the end of his line. It was a 100 pound Loggerhead sea turtle.First, a vet had to remove the shark hook that had caught the turtle in the first place. Once that was done, it was time for the Animal Rehabilitation Keep in Port Aransas, or ARK, to take over.Tony Amos and his group of volunteers immediately took the Loggerhead back down to the beach area. The turtle was measured, weighed and tagged. Then it was time to head back out into the Gulf.At first, the Loggerhead didn't seem too anxious; but then she finally hit the surf.
